Sponsorship Opportunities for AIA Members at PAS2009
Again this year AIA has opened sponsorship to all levels of membership. Listed below are the opportunities for companies to support the AIA events and programs while gaining visibility at a proclaimed international air show. Sponsorship for all of these events is limited!
Ambassadors Reception – Largest U.S. event during the Farnborough International Air Show held at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence. Top sponsors will have early access to the reception along with government VIPs.

AIA / SJAC Reception (Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies)
AIA traditionally hosts the networking event for the Japanese Aerospace Companies and dignitaries from the U.S. and Japanese governments. For $3,500 a company will receive signage at the event and 10 tickets.
Aircraft
Gain high visibility for your company in the corrals by supporting U.S. DoD Military Aircraft and Crew. Sponsors will have exclusive VIP access to the corral the first two days of the show. There are 3 ways to help sponsor aircraft and crews…
1. Hats
Paris Air Show hats with the names of sponsoring companies are distributed to the U.S. military aircrew and to the VIPs that tour the U.S. corral. Sponsorship already full
2. Lunch with the aircrew
Sponsor a lunch with the U.S. military crew at the airshow. Companies sponsoring will be invite to join the crew for lunch. Cost is $4,000
3. Golf carts
For $3,500 companies can sponsor a golf cart.
