Bill Chadwick, Director of the Aerospace Research Center, is responsible for providing AIA, our members, and all other interested parties, including government, with any information, market research, and expert analysis on the aerospace industry.  

Chadwick’s duties include preparing AIA's Year-End Review and Forecast, as well the annual statistical compendium, Aerospace Facts & Figures. He provides expert commentary and market analysis to the press and other media. He also oversees and coordinates all surveys undertaken by AIA.

He comes to AIA from the U.S. International Trade Commission, where he was an International Trade Analyst for over 10 years.  He has also worked at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Office of Services, as well as at the economic consulting firm, Trade Resources Company.  His strengths include analytical research skills, policy analysis, and extensive report writing experience.
 
Chadwick studied International Policies and Finance at Oxford University in England, and holds an M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Tech.
